pENTR5-UbCp載體本身含有CCDb致死基因，能夠使得普通的DH5alpha等細菌死亡，所以構建Gateway系統(tǒng)入門克隆時需要使用ccdB敏感的DB3.1感受態(tài)細胞。 pENTR5-UbCp vector containing CCDb lethal gene, can make the common DH5alpha and other bacterial death, must use the DB3.1 feeling cell for plasmid amplification;CcdB sensitive OmniMAX2 cells are needed to construct the Gateway system when it is started.
